A complete deconstruction and historic tax credit renovation of a 4-story, 108,000 square foot residence hall, which included a 16,000 square foot addition. The transformation of a traditional dorm to a suite-style residence hall included a revamped floor plan with a complete replacement of MEP systems, roofing systems, windows, new elevators, and finishes.
