A new 7,000 sf one story medical office building for use by LCHD. The program includes dental operatories, general exam rooms, behavioral health office, optometry, administration, and support spaces. The new facility is voluntary conforming to the standards of “The Oberlin Project” green building intuitive. There is no natural gas supplied equipment on this project.
