Mr. Fischback has over 35 years of construction experience working with The Krill Co., Inc. on Construction Management, Design-Build, and General Contracting projects. With expertise in project management and construction administration, Mr. Fischback became a President in 2010 and brings an owner’s perspective to all projects and business endeavors. Mr. Fischback recognizes the value of long-term relationships and client loyalty.

Mr. Fischback is responsible for total project delivery from concept to completion and has extensive experience directing the construction team through pre-construction phases. With an emphasis on master scheduling, project phasing, construction estimating and value engineering, Mr. Fischback also oversees contract bidding, subcontractor negotiations, and daily construction administration.

Though I am proud of the landmark buildings I have worked on over the city landscape, it is the personal relationships with co-workers, clients, and consultants that will last a lifetime.
