David F. Fischback – President/Co-Chairman

Mr. Fischback began his career at Krill in 1985 and became a Shareholder in 1994. With expertise in project management and construction administration, Mr. Fischback has personally managed the construction and renovation of over $250 million worth of work.

As President of the Krill Co., Inc., Mr. Fischback is responsible for the company’s operations and corporate performance including financial and scheduling performance, and monitoring external resources. During his career, he has been responsible for total project delivery from concept to completion, and has extensive experience directing projects through preconstruction phases. With an emphasis on master scheduling, project phasing, construction estimating and value engineering, Mr. Fischback also has overseen contract bidding, subcontractor negotiations, and daily construction administration.

Jeff Gliebe

Jeffery R. Gliebe – CEO/Co-Chairman

Mr. Gliebe began his career at The Krill Co., Inc. in 1986 and became a Shareholder in 1994. With expertise in project management and construction administration, Mr. Gliebe has personally managed the construction and renovation of over $200 million worth of work on 1.8 million square feet of construction.

As Vice Chairman, Mr. Gliebe is the partner in charge of Business Development , Human Resources and Strategic Planning. Mr. Gliebe serves as Project Executive on client projects, overseeing and providing valuable insight to a team of  Project Managers. Mr. Gliebe has been recognized by his peers and industry for amassing a company record for awards, including recognition from the Governor of Ohio for the prestigious AGC Build Ohio Award. Mr. Gliebe has taken an active role in supporting the construction industry trade, along with its inclusion of minorities by establishing The Krill Co., Inc.’s Diversity Outreach and Mentoring Program.

Doug Fischback

Douglas J. Fischback – Senior Vice President/Secretary

Mr. Fischback joined The Krill Co., Inc. in 2000 and became a Shareholder in 2004. As Senior Vice President, he oversees the estimating and project management service areas while serving as Project Executive on high profile projects. In addition, he developed an exclusive proprietary estimating and cost data program for the company. With a variety of project management and construction administration experience, Mr. Fischback brings a wealth of experience both in project management, estimating, quality control and cost data management.

Daniel J. Audia

Daniel J. Audia – Senior Vice President

Mr. Audia joined Krill in 2002 and became a Shareholder in 2008. With expertise in project management and construction administration, Mr. Audia has managed construction and renovation projects with a specialty in serving the higher education and life sciences markets.

His duties include the development of budgets and estimates, value added engineering, CPM scheduling, project phasing/sequencing, conducting job meetings, contract bidding, and daily construction administration.
