An adaptive reuse project, transforming an old school that was originally built in the 1960’s. It involved select demolition of areas, while also constructing a ground up addition and connecting it to the existing structure. All mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire suppressions systems were installed new, while warm finishes brought the space together. At completion, it is now a Manufacturing Advocacy Group that will help revive the manufacturing age in the Cleveland area.
