A 40,508 sf renovation to an existing residence hall was originally built in 1955. This year-long project gave the living space a much-needed facelift and includes personal HVAC systems for each room. The Space now offers more gathering space for students with 4 updated lounge areas, a community gathering space, and a reflection room.
