A complete renovation to the dining hall on John Caroll University’s campus. The project at Schott included all new kitchen equipment, flooring and painting. The new space is equipped with a fireplace, lounge space and a variety of different food options. Construction took place over a 12 week demanding summer schedule which required all hands on deck.
