A 14,400 sf complete demolition of existing spaces and build out of two new laboratories. Additionally, exisiting offices were renovated. This 10 month long project included many challenges including a AHU crane lift that took 4 months of planning and coordination on every level: community, client, subcontractors and Krill. However, due to successful communication efforts the team delivered, lifted and installed a major piece of equipment safely and on time.
